Earthquake: I'm safe

I guys, I know many of you are worried about me (Ange) because of the earthquake in Chile so I just wanted let you know I'm safe. The earthquake was HUGE but all the basic services including telephone lines and internet were restored in two or three hours.

Thank you everyone for caring and to all of you who have sent e-mails and messages.

My beloved Sayaka was molested at bus by a couple of dirty delinquents! >___<




Ok, ok, don't panic, guys. It's all in the context of Salary Man Kintaro 2, the drama where Sayaka appears every Friday in a small role. It was still hard to watch, though >__<



Madoka (Sayaka) commutes happily to her office...

New Team K stage is called RESET and new date is March 12th

RESET is the name of the next Team K stage (or the first stage of the New Team K).

RESET, or K6, was supposed to begin in February 28th. However, the start dated was pushed until March 12th.

Why? The AKB48 Official Blog has explained that due to the filming of the last episodes of Majisuka Gakuen, the lessons for the new stage were delayed and that forced them to put off the "RESET" debut date.

Ahhh, they'll make us wait a bit more. I can't bear the anxiety. But it's ok, the girls need a rest after the end of K5 and the Sakura no Shiori events. Not mention Majisuka Gakuen recording and TV shows in general.

And I complain about my job, ha.

Sakura no Shiori keeps 1st place on 5th day and passes the 300k

Sakura no Shiori has surpassed the 300k copies!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!

Sales of Feb. 20 were the following: 9,166.



So the total copies sold is: 302,205.

Sakura no Shiori sales on days 2, 3 and 4 (#1)

As we thought, the Sakura no Shiori (SnS) sales dropped after the amazing first day they had. Now, even when the drop was big, the numbers were still good and allowed AKB to keep the 1st place in Oricon all these days.


The sales on the second day totaled 34,294 copies:


The third day sales totaled 17,688 copies:


And the fourth day sales were 11,529:



So, the total sales until now are... 293,039 copies!

Just a few to reach the 300k! You go girls!

Sakura no Shiori ranks 1 on first day with superb numbers!

Man, I'd say the grandest happiness a fan can feel are: meeting their favorite artist and seeing their artist reaching the top.

So the second one is what I felt today. I got to my office a bit earlier, so I checked Oricon and... had to read the Sakura no Shiori sales number twice before believing.

This song, that song many said would not sell well, that song... SOLD 229,528 COPIES ON ITS FIRST DAY.

Sounds big, right? Well, it is: This number almost triplicates the first day sales of RIVER, the best first day seller AKB single until now. And not only that, Sakura no Shiori first day sales, surpass RIVER total sales until Dec.31, 2009 (216,527, according to Oricon).

This is big for an idol group, and I'm proud AKB is the one achieving it.



Second day sales may drop, but I'm positive the single will keep selling decently at least for a week.

There are many factors for Sakura no Shiori success: Graduation song, a melody than even your grandpa will love, PB vs. YJ battle, Majisuka Rock 'n' Roll, etc.

Also, a great promo campaign. Shouldn't we congratulate AKB's management for this? I think we should. The girls do their best, and the management is doing a great job promoting the girls.

This is team work!

Majisuka Gakuen Ep.5: Sayaka's hundred ways to kill you

Let's review the 5th episode of Majisuka Gakuen. It's been two weeks already :o

This time, the drama featured our beloved Sayaka as Choukoku.



I want to apologize for over-killing your bandwidth this time. I thought I had broken a record with Gakuran's screen shots but.... Ahahaha, I took a bit too much this time and I actually couldn't delete many! Because Sayaka looks so perfect in all of them...




It all begins with Daruma walking on the school's corridor and bumping to "someone"...

Ohhh, isn't she our Choukoku-sama? *___*

So Daruma pisses off and asks Choukoku to apologize. Choukoku-sama just turns to Daruma...

...and murmurs:

Though he forsook me,
For myself I do not care:
He made a promise,

And his life, who is forsworn,
Oh how pitiful that is.

Majisuka School 3rd year student, Choukoku
Daruma goes WTF and follows Choukoku. She sees her going upstairs... slowly...

Daruma is in shock so the next day she explains what she saw to the Hormone team. By the way, Choukoku means "sculpture", since she's got this face like a Greek sculpture, LOL. Hormone explain the Choukoku story to Daruma...

What Choukoku said to Daruma was a "Hyakunin Isshu" (I explained about Hyakunin Isshu here). Daruma is so stupid she confuses the words and instead listening "100 poems by 100 famous poets" she understands that Choukoku can kill 100 people with 1 kick. LOL.

Choukoku was defeated by Yuko once so she has been training to revenge. She's having battles until she reaches 100 people.

She's the only member of the Hyakunin Isshu club at school, LOL. Cute.

When Choukoku fights and wins, she tells a poem and throws a card to the loser.

She has defeated many people, like Kabuki Sisters...

And guess where she takes the cards from...

Kyaaaaaaaaa! From a garter around her thigh!!! :P~~~~

I suddenly like poetry...



As a parenthesis, do I feel directors/producers/whatever have two obsessions over Sayaka? One is evil characters and the other one is...

Anyways, back to Majisuka.

If I had to be killed, I'd like it to be with Sayaka's poem of death... XD

Daruma thinks this is just a urban legend, but Hormone team show the cards they've got, hahaha!

Choukoku stands in front of the stairs that take to Rappappa's room.

And remembers the day she was utterly defeated... Ouch.

She's on the floor, bleeding...

Blood even drips from her chin! Kyaaaa!!! (I must recognize I said 'ewwww' when I saw that xD)

My poor bloody baby T___T

Choukoku tried to fight Yuko in the past, but she got her ass kicked.

In that moment Sado told Choukoku to think of fighting others before Yuko. Choukoku just wants revenge.

"Yuko, you're 100th one"

Then someone talks to Choukoku.

And Choukoku is so beautiful... *_____*

This girl who appears asks Choukoku how many people are left to reach 100.

Choukoku opens her skirt (!!!) and shows the thigh cards just to answer: 7

I can't help but taking shots and shots of Choukoku-sama!!!!


Anyways, this kids tells Choukoku she's got to fight Maeda, too, because Maeda is strong, blah blah blah.

I like the shot from above, looks like Choukoku were to kill Nezumi with her eyes, hahaha.


She's sooooooo beautiful, oh my god.... T____T Just look at herrrr....

So Choukoku thought of Nezumi's words and went visit Maeda.

Choukoku asks her if it's true she's strong.

Maeda, as usual, doesn't care about Choukoku's words.


Choukoku is disappointed by Maeda's indifference...


So suddenly...


Throws a fist!


Maeda doesn't even blink. Then Choukoku realized Maeda is really powerful and brave.


"Hey baby, so I have this card just for you..."

What? Is Maeda made of iron? I'd be melted by now with that kind of proposition...


Maeda leaves...


Nezumi appears again to tell Choukoku to not give up on fighting Maeda, and tells her how to make Maeda turn into Hulk.


Meanwhile, Choukoku, is obsessed with Hyakunin Isshu and defeating Yuko.

Hohoho.... Sayaka... I mean, Choukoku-sama. Stop it now. You're the hottest of the hottest and I don't want to die before I finish this review...



Choukoku got ready to fight and found Maeda and Daruma in an alley... She and her card-in-thigh are waiting...

"Let's do it"

Kya kya kyakyaaaaaaaaaaaa, she said "let's do it"!!!! zOMGSDFRETAASDASD. (*¬*)

Daruma blames Choukoku for certain signs that appeared at school saying Maeda was a murderer. Choukoku defends saying she doesn't have such a horrible handwriting (and both things are true, it wasn't her and she doesn't have such a terrible handwriting).


And then Choukoku begins to provoke Maeda with a speech that includes lots of "maji" (really).

"Maji?"
"Maji?" (◎｀ε´◎ )ﾌﾞｩｰｰ!
"MAJI!?" 凸(｀△´#)凸ｷﾙ ﾕｩｩｩ!

Maeda pisses off... Hehehe. Choukoku-sama is pleased.


Choukoku-sama gets ready and says the sexiest phrase of all the series...

"Koyoi yoroshii kereba" (get ready)
You gotta listen to her saying it... It's like music... *___*



So the fight begins...

Oh no! Maeda crouches and sees Choukoku-sama's panties! (≧ヘ≦ )

Oh you got me taking shots of things I shouldn't...

Choukoku tries to hit Maeda with her sword-like punch. Instead, Maeda blocks the attack and counterattacks with a punch on Choukoku's face and a middle kick on her chest.

Choukoku-sama is angry!

Choukoku-sama moves quickly and cuts Maeda's face. This is like a tie... Then comes the scene when they stare at each other... Sorry for the frame-by-frame shot XD

Evil Maeda goes to punch Choukoku-sama on her forehead but she stops. Not that Choukoku-sama was scared, meh. ¬¬

Then Choukoku smiles... o_O Just like those nuts of the movies

She looks cute in this one *^__^*
Choukoku recognizes Maeda is strong and mentions she's the second one she has lost to. Also tells Maeda is gonna fight Yuko, soon. Maeda answers she doesn't care.


Since Choukoku-sama is good inside, she advises Maeda to be careful, because many people want to destroy her.


Maeda leaves and Daruma runs behind her. Choukoku stands up and looks at them...

Finally, even though she didn't win, she takes a card.

For some men I grieve;
Some men are hateful to me;
And this wretched world
To me, with all my sadness,
Is a place of misery.

And then she turns, and throws the card... T__T

Before leaving, she feels Nezumi was there, watching... Choukoku doesn't even look at her and walks away.


So this is how the Choukoku-sama episode ended. Somehow it wasn't that terrible, I don't kind she lost miserably as the other ones. What do you think? Don't worry, my Choukoku-Sayaka, I know you lost because this is Maeda's show.
